Zerdan Dominguez employs a tradition of excellence, trust, and service. His commitment to success and willingness to work with others has helped propel his real estate career over the years. Zerdan takes extreme pride in assisting clients to find the home of their dreams, add assets to their real estate portfolio, and even negotiate that commercial property for their business.  He goes the extra mile and develops long-lasting relationships where clients become friends. Zerdan attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied architecture. During these early years, he appreciated and studied sustainable design, urban planning, and construction.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.  Zerdan obtained his Real Estate license in the State of Nevada in 2000 and was associated with Countrywide Realty Group, where he practiced both residential and commercial real estate.  After a successful career in the real estate industry, Zerdan chose to take a leave of absence to pursue a second career in public service.  He worked for the Department of Homeland Security in an anti-terrorism unit that worked closely with various local and federal agencies to mitigate threats to the public. These opportunities strengthened his desire to aid the military and law enforcement community in finding homes.  From this, Zerdan reactivated his real estate license and is currently with Realty ONE Group.  

Zerdan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds designations as an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and is currently working on acquiring his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).  

Zerdan resides in Las Vegas with his beautiful wife and two children. When not working, he enjoys spending as much time outdoors camping, fishing, and hunting.
